Modern Luxury 3 bed house

The house is clean. Comfy beds. Good shower. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. Great stay for a group of friends. Would stay again.

The outside space could do with a tidy up. Broken decking boards. Wouldn't be ideal for kids. Towels didn't smell the freshest. In bedrooms.

Location was good for us as we were attending a concert at Plymouth, street parking was good as we travelled by car. The property was spacious and clean beds were comfortable and showers were good.

There was no information folder with instructions for TV's/ bins/no mirrors in bedrooms/tv's would not work in Kitchen and sitting room no TV channels. We had to unload the dishwasher left from previous occupant. No courtyard furniture

Stunning well presented, very clean and spacious property. There was everything and more that you could ask for. Owners were very helpful and Accommodating.

There is a railway line a road away, which can be a bit noisy.

As the house is located very close to the train station, we could access other locations all around Cornwall very easily and also walk into the city by foot. It was amazing that there was more than enough cutlery for the five of us, something that you can't expect from every holiday accommodation.

As someone who is not used to gas cookers, I would have liked to know how to use the cooker without looking up the manual on the Internet (the fact that we had to use a lighter instead of the cooker lighting automatically). You could also maybe provide a lighter or matches (or maybe we just didn't find them).

Nice and clean

The showers dont work. Low pressure or you have too hot or too cold in both bathrooms. Unacceptable for the price charged. Missed a full length mirror

Very nice property, spacious, clean, in a great location.

Needs an iron, long mirror and fans for warm weather. We couldn’t get the TV working.

A good sized property, nicely furnished and well equipped. The owner was helpful and very quick in responding to our few questions.

The parking restrictions, although appearing in one of the property photos, was not pointed out by the owners in the property description & really needs to be made clearer. We incurred a £35 fine within a 20 minute window on arriving at the property. Secondly, the noise levels are noticeably high due to the hardwood and tiled floors throughout. Maybe a few rugs would absorb some of the sound
