This is such a beautiful home. It had absolutely everything we needed. A fantastic accommodation for our stay and the host was very helpful and communicative.

"Great property with parking"

Great property with parking for 2 cars lovely dog friendly fully enclosed garden. About a 20 minute walk into the centre of York but that was perfect for us walking the dogs in to town.

"Fabulous home from home in York."

This property is a gem, if you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting York. The owner is super helpful, also leaving treats for arrival. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very home from home feel. Beds were all very comfortable with high standard of furnishings throughout. House is in a small cul de sac and very quiet. Only a 10 minute drive to the centre of York. The house also has 2 parking spaces and a lovely back garden with a table and chairs. We would highly recommend staying here. Great communication from the owner, and always happy to help. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

"A perfect couple of days in York"

A lovely little gem of a property. Super clean and very well maintained. Enclosed garden for our 2 dogs to safely sniff around. Great location, close to a park for the dogs to run and a 20 minute walk to the centre. Fabulous communication from the owner. Highly recommend and we will definitely book for here again.

"Exceptional"

An exceptional property in a fantastic location. Spotlessly clean, modern, and ideal for families. I visited with my wife, mum, and our four-year-old, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary welcome package was a lovely gesture. The only pity was the rain, which meant our little one couldn’t try out the tree platform in the garden! Will leave it for the next time!

"York has plenty to do, and the house is ideally situated for this"

The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and well furnished with pots, pans, cooking implements. The garden is lovely. It is within walking distance of the city centre and there is a bus stop that takes you to the station two minutes from the house
