Great property only a few mins into the centre in a taxi / Uber. Very comfortable and spacious, excellent value for money. Superb for families.

They had the basics covered. The house was decorated lovely and felt like a home and not a basic and bland house to let. It was very clean and textiles and furniture were all of great condition.

A couple of us found the mattresses uncomfortable but that could be personal taste.

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect, only £5-£8 into York in an Uber. Would definitely recommend staying in this house.

Bathroom doors don't lock properly. Check out time on a Sunday was a bit too early at 10am.

Immaculate house which provided everything we needed. Very close to a shop and a bus stop to reach the city centre, although walking is an easy option as well.

The door catch into the living room from the hall needs looking at plus both locks for the toilets, no tin opener

Everything ! Cleanest most comfortable apartment in a great spot. Highly communicative owner. It was so quiet.

Absolutely amazing. Stunningly presented with every single item a guest would need. A privilege to stay in this property. Wonderful attentive host. Walking distance to York city centre…25 mins and all flat.

Not a single thing

House was excellent, clean and modern very quiet estate. And only a 20mins leisurely walk right into the center . Owners of the property were very helpful nothing too much trouble will definitely be staying again
