"A beautiful clean , modern house with everything you could possibly need for a visit to York ."

We obviously didn’t travel to York to watch TV , but it would have been nice just to watch the news on BBC or a Quiz on ITV instead of having to navigate the complicated networks , but it didn’t detract from a lovely stay .

The property was perfect for myself and my family. Firstly the location to York city centre was walkable in about 20 minutes. The house itself was in a quiet residential area with a local shop 2 minutes away. The house had everything we could ever have needed. Cooking essentials with a lovely kitchen dining area or a spacious back garden with seating too. The welcome pack of tea/coffee milk and biscuits etc was a nice touch. It was very clean and comfortable to sit in. the beds were very comfortable and there was free WiFi too. All in all I would definitely recommend this lovely family home and I would certainly stay again.

I honestly can’t think of anything other than our stay wasn’t long enough 😊

The house is beautiful, very cozy, and perfectly located. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s close to public transport, a supermarket, and a playground, which was great for our family. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Close to centre, £5 uber ride, or pleasant 30 minute walk, very clean, extremely comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen (even a good supply of tea, coffee and sugar), quiet area, off road parking for 2 cars, lovely welcome gifts of milk, biscuits and water, the house was warm and welcoming.

There really was nothing to dislike
