"Had a great stay!"

Hotel was close to public transport, restaurants & cafes. We could walk to Gion, Nishiki market etc. Bus stop was in front of the hotel directly to Kyoto Station. Room though small was very comfortable. We loved the sweets!

The staff was fantastic. Super helpful with everything. In particular, Daisuke was amazing: so positive and energetic, we looked forward to seeing him everyday and asking for his help.

"Very comfortable room but no view at all."

High quality facilities hotel, we really love the room and towels and everything.

Our room located near the main road and it is a it noisy at night. You can not look out from the windows! There was not clear explanation on the web when I booked it. I’d I knew it and I will not pick this from type and I will prefer room with views!
