Location was excellent, decor nice, high quality bedlinen, towels, robes etc

Complimentary biscuits, snacks in the room but only on the first day of our 6 night stay. Were not replenished. Nor was the creamer for the coffee machine. There were complimentary bottles of water at entrance on the afternoon we arrived and the following morning but never again. Only a jug of water in the room.

Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit super Anbindung an das Bussystem. Kostenlose sehr gut Süßigkeiten und super freundliches Personal!!!! Tolles Frühstück.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Staff is great. Rooms are beautiful, and the location is top notch. I loved Kyoto, and plan to return, and will absolutely stay here again!

The rooms seemed to get a little hot at night, but maybe we just were not working the a/c correctly.
