"Great location and amazing service"

The location is great, we were able to walk to the main "downtown" area and to the main tourist spots. For the tourist spots that were further away, we used the train/bus, which was very convenient. We really like the staff, everyone was super nice to us. The breakfast is a la carte, and it was pretty tasty, great croissants! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

"The best hotel in Japan"

I have stayed in many many hotels in my short life and I can say this is easily one of the best. For everything. We came for our honeymoon and I don’t even write reviews for most of the great hotels I’ve stayed at but truly, the staff and hotel warmed my heart. Just well done to all of them, from minute one till when we left, we felt at home. Everything was truly perfect. Just perfect. Should really be double the price.

"Amazing stay but breakfast needs more option"

Facilities and housekeeping

Gym not very good. Breakfast menu needs massive improvements in terms of vegetarian, vegan and halal options. Breakfast staff told my son he could not come to breakfast because he had the hotels white slippers on. Ridiculous!

早餐很棒,房間舒適,員工讓人感覺很溫馨,適合全家一起旅行駐足休息的飯店,雖然飯店不在市中心,但是步行可到,反而可以安靜的享受京都之美.
