perfect apartment, 5 minutes drive from the airport. have everything you need for your stay. supermarket 5 seconds walk from the apartment. pretty big parking in front of the apartment

Mind your head !!! The rooms are very low, so if you are over 180cm you need to mind your head :)

The apartment is really close to the airport. We needed just 30 minutes on foot. The living room is spacious and in general quite beautifully decorated.

The ceiling is too low especially in the bathroom. Thank god we are not tall. The host just wanted payment in cash even though in the info of the apartment it was stated that "cash payment won't be accepted". I was even messaged with the exact words: "first payment, then check in" which i found kind of rude. For our check in a random guy just opened the door, took our money without saying anything and then went back upstairs. The apartment was noisy as the family living upstairs was stomping even in the middle of the night. We didn't use the bedroom because there was a boiler which was really noisy so we had to sleep on the couch in the living room. There was a TV that wasn't working so we had to use our phone to watch something while trying to sleep. There was a boiling kettle which was dirty and couldn't be used. Overall just knowing that the owner could come down anytime didn't feel safe.

We had an entire lower ground suite to ourselves. The suite had one bedroom, with a double bed. Another bed (a sofabed) was made up in the living area. This was as described in the booking information. The suite also had a fully functional kitchen that was well-stocked with all the necessities. We had a washing machine where we could do laundry. The owner was overseas at the time, but the tenants who lived in the main house upstairs were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us use the dryer and provided us with hangers to hang dry the clothes we didn't want to dry with heat. The suite was located a short walk from the small boat harbour, which was convenient for us, because we had booked a boat tour that started from there. The town is a short drive from the airport. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay for our two nights here.

We were not able to pay by credit card, only by cash in DKK.

A good place for a first (or last night) stay - not far from the airport, ferry to Mykines or a trip to Gasadalur. Spacy room - fridge and short way to a shop.
