USThe front desk staff and manager are extremely rude. They don’t have any type of customer service persona about them. They have one gentleman who works the front desk that as you walk in the door he is saying go away.
USUSAll the flyers and other bugs we had in the room. Tolit roll holder was ready to fall off the wall. When we got there we were told they don't have a room for us.
