The bed sheets, and pillow cases were absolutely disgusting. There were stains on them. There were also black curly hairs all over the bed sheets on the entire one side of the bed. I may have been in the bed a total of 15 minutes before we decided we were going to leave due to the uncleanliness; and I now have bed bug bites. The man checking us in was not very nice (should have known then). Another guy was the one that checked me out, I checked out very quickly as you can tell from above and was not even asked at the time of check out what was wrong, since I checked out so quickly. I then got a phone call 30 minutes down the road asking why I checked out so quickly and offering a different room. We explained we were already traveling and not turning around and what the issue was. The worker said he would have to report this to his manager and I never heard anything from them, an apology or anything.

The staff walked in on me as I was trying to get dressed . The housekeeping knocks on the door at like 9:30 or 10 in morning check out isn't till 11
USRoom was clean and comfortable. Front desk area was clean but somewhat dated.
Breakfast bar seemed underwhelming, but I may have just been a late arrival for food.

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. We came down to breakfast shortly after 6 am and there wasn’t much there. No hard boiled eggs, only coffee, chocolate milk and grape juice to drink. We think a construction crew may have cleaned it out before we got there but there was no one around restocking anything.
