The first room we were given had not been cleaned. There was soap scum and hair in the shower and human feces splattered in the toilet. The entire room recked of cigarette smoke. When brought to the front desk clerk, he was indifferent to our concerns. His only concern was whether we turned the bed down because he would have to fix it. There was no apology made at all. The second room was only an improvement in that there was not poop in the toilet.
