Everything and I will suggest that particular room to be used as storage room or office because I have never seen a room without inbuilt toilet and this was so stressful for me

Very good food ,promptly cooked ,comfy & cosy superior double room , twin room ok; The Manager, Tyler, was superb.. went out of his way to help & sorted out any issues straight way.

Heating not on in twin room ; Manager found a portable heater promptly. shower in twin room a little intermittent, but adequate.

Good room and facilities the host Tyler was amazing. Catered for our needs. He was rushed off his feet as he was the only one working yet he still managed very well. We had a meal which was absolutely lovely and great value for money. The breakfast was lovely too.

This " hotel " if you can call it that, is the worst hotel experience we have had in our 51 years of marraige and we had booked it for 6 nights.The room was number 3 and is one of the best in the hotel ( according to the owner ). Firstly there was only 1 key so we couldn't go out seperatly, It was dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly, we had to use the rubbish bin filled with water from the broken shower ( wall fitting ) to clean and flush. The main light shade was full of dead flies, after looking for the remote control for the television even behind the radiator in the bedroom, there we found years of dirt and dust including a sock from a previous guest ( it was white )but now grey with dust and cobwebs.The owner said he would have it cleaned/vacumed and sorted by the time we got back, in the evening nothing had been done, The kettle lid was broken, the towels had holes in them. Photo proof of everything available .The owner was rude and said everything worked properly and I didn't know what I was talking about, the only good thing was the breakfast, but we only had one because we found another hotel and moved out after the first night, 560 pounds lost, no refund. I CANNOT recomend this hotel to anyone.
