I had a truly awful stay at this hotel in Bombay. The room was dirty and uncomfortable from the start. The fridge was not only filthy but also completely non-functional. Ihad to change rooms 3 times due to various issues, and in one of them, I even found blood-stained sheets — absolutely unacceptable. The building is undergoing maintenance, so the entire place is filled with dust and constant, irritating noise. It was impossible to relax. On top of that, the staff at both the reception and the restaurant seemed uninterested in helping and clearly lacked motivation or professionalism. This hotel was extremely unpleasant and far from what was promised. I strongly advise against staying here. I had booked for a week and honestly wanted to leave after the first day, but I had already paid. The overall service was simply inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely!

What a lovely location to stay and a beautiful view if mumbai sea and gate way of india ..Lovely staff..Food is good.rooftop and ground floor both restaurant s are good.

The hotel is situated directly on the sea, near the Gateway of India (only a short walk) Very good breakfast
