"Run down, unloved hotel in need of a makeover"

The location on the seafront and proximity to museums and attractions

Checked in at 13.00 hrs the room wasn’t ready , waited over an hour in the foyer went and ate at the cafe on the front no one came to let me know that the room would be ready . when I got into the room 14.15 hrs It was very basic and certainly not worth the money outside my room they left the cleaning trolley and dirty plates and cups on the floor. Couldn’t wait to check out

"Not worth the price"

Very well located and nice restaurant on the rooftop. Otherwise, this hotel is not worth the price, AT ALL. You should prefer Harbour View hotel, just next door

"Was Okay for a place to put your head down and freshen up after arriving early in the morning from a long flight."

It was picked as a place to rest after arriving from Hong Kong in Mumbai at 0200 hrs before moving to our main stay hotel. The experience made me cancel our next similar hotel for 2 nights and stay at the best hotel in Mumbai The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel for the remainder of our stay in Mumbai.

Sea view was really good. Staff was very polite and good. Breakfast was really good. So was the restaurant

Being in Bombay, constant beeping of horns. But that is expected.
