Studio on the closest beach to the city!

Ruhig gelegen (kein Durchgangsverkehr, keine Musikberieselung durch Bars und Restaurants), nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, nach Heraklion kann man gut laufen (Promenade am Meer entlang). Das Studio ist komplett ausgestattet (selbst Backpapier und Alufolie sind vorhanden). Töpfe und Geschirr sind super sauber. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer - und Frühstücken ist der Morgensonne möglich, ein schöner Start in den Tag.

Die Nachbarn im Apartment 5 waren leider sehr laut (darauf hat aber Gastgeber Mixalis keinen Einfluß).

el estudio se siente literalmente como estar en casa, es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en todo el viaje. tiene todas las comodidades de un hogar: tendedero para colgar la ropa, plancha y tabla, lavadora con detergente completamente gratis, cocina 100% equipada, cama cómoda y TV para conectar tu dispositivo móvil, una terraza con vistas a la playa, con mosquitera!!!, y un baño muy espacioso con artículos de aseo y de cuidado personal gratuitos. la ubicación es perfecta a 2 minutos de la playa , lamentablemente no tuvimos oportunidad de disfrutarla porque nuestra estancia fue corta pero incluso te brindan sombrilla, esterilla de playa y hasta una toalla. a 5 minutos en el estadio de fútbol pasa un autobús gratuito cada 15/20 minutos de lunes a viernes de 7 a 22:30 y sábados hasta las 15:30, que te deja en el centro en 10 minutos. el dueño del establecimiento es muy simpático, comunicativo y atento con los huéspedes, repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!!!!! muchas gracias por todo

studioaul a fost ok ,mare, curat , baie mare ,chicineta dotata cu tot ce era nevoie , terasa , acces facil , proprietari intelegatori ,si de mare ajutor ptr ca ne-au lasat in camera pina la ora 20 pm.

zona , amplasarea intr -o zona nu prea grozava, departe de magazine cam 1,5km , plaja la 20m dar o plaja salbatica , murdara si fara dotari . pe plaja o cherhana frumoasa, cu mancaruri specifice , numai din peste si fructe de mare ...dar atat

The host was very responsive! The room was clean and was close to the beach. The host let me come early which was very kind. The restaurant at the end of the street was the best food I’ve had in Greece. I was overall really happy with my stay.

Totul, locația foarte bună si liniștită! Am beneficiat de absolut tot ce am avut nevoie,ca și acasă. Iar gazda extrem de binevoitor si drăguț.

Very nice, clean apartment with lots of extras, including coffee and even instructions on how to make Greek coffee. Comfortable beds, a sea view from the balcony, plenty of parking, a quiet area, and very close to the beach.

Some people may not like the many stairs (we didn’t mind), as the building doesn’t have an elevator. There are a few abandoned houses in the area, but this has nothing to do with the apartment or the owners.

Close to the beach, free public transportation to the city centre, local cats, friendly owner

Очень чисто. Прекрасное расположение локации. За такую цену просто подарок) рекомендую.море в шаговой доступности. Отличная рыбная таверна рядом. Есть фри бусик в центр.
