Studio on the closest beach to the city!

This is a wonderful apartment. It's located on the second floor and offers beautiful views of the sea, the city/Heriaklion, and the mountains. You can stroll along the seafront, and in the evening, you can head into town, about a 20-minute walk away. The host, Mixalis, provided water and fruit. The figs, grown on his own plot, are an absolute delicacy. The apartment is well-equipped in both the kitchen and bathroom. Umbrellas and a beach mat are also provided. We plan to return next year.

The fact that we had to leave...

The appartment had all that I needed. It is very close to the center - a free minibus takes you directly to the center (Agios Minas and Plateia Kornarou). There is a beach right next to appartment with a seafood restaurant and you can reach Ammoudara and bars by foot. I managed to explore Heraklion a lot and rest in this cute appartment. I was alone, but there is room for 2-3 people and even a children bed. There are all kind of amenities - all things for cooking, books, hygiene, wash mashine and washing powder, AC, smart TV... Balcony is also very nice and big with direct seaview. Altough central, neighbourhood is peaceful. For intercity travels you can use Giofiros KTEL station nearby - I used it to reach Rethymno, Chania, Faistos, Matala, Knossos, Palaiocastro... Crete is incredible! The owner was very kind and helpful with advices. When I visit Heraklion, I intend to stay here again!

Il y a tout ce qu’il faut en matière d’équipement et le logement est propre

El apartamento tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario para estar allí y pasar una estancia de lo más cómodo. La playa a 40 metros con un restaurante muy bueno para comer de casi todo y la parada del bus también a unos 40 metros, Mixalis, el dueño, fue el mejor anfitrión que cualquier huésped puede desear. Mi mujer y yo estuvimos 12 días y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, Volveremos el próximo año

מקום מאוד נקי ומסודר, מאובזר מאוד לא היה חסר דבר, יש מלא כלי ניקיון, מגבות, כלי מטבח, טוסטר, מצנם ועוד, השירות טוב מאוד היה לי יום אחד שהיה הפסקת מים כללית והמארח פיצה אותי ב50€ המיקום נמצא יחסית במרכז ועם כל זאת שקט ורגוע, נמצא סמוך מאוד לחוף ים נעים ויפה עם מסעדה טובה. ממליץ מאוד

The sofa bed did not lie flat and no sheets were provided for it even though we asked for them.

Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Balcon très agréable. Bon emplacement. Clim appréciable !
