Great place for our weekend in Brighton. Close to buses. Or walk along the front into town. Clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen. We ate each evening with the big windows open so it was like being out doors. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Slept like a log. Quiet location. Owners communicated regularly. Also a really nice local pub just opposite!

Only thing is that the stairs up are quite steep and narrow so if you have mobility issues then it’s probably not for you.
