Lovely & bright 1 bedroom apartment near the beach

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The owner of the property has great interpersonal and customer service skills.

Stairs and entrance narrow

Clean, tidy and well presented. Quiet location and easy access to the promenade and beach. About 40 minute walk into town but flat along the promenade.

The property was clean and tidy. Gaining access was very easy. The hosts left plenty of useful toiletries and cleaning products (shower gel, hand wash, washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc). Located in a very quiet area, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. WIFI was available. Plenty of shops nearby and only a walk away from the sea. Definitely would visit again

My dad and I had such a lovely one night stay here! Everything we needed was provided for and the apartment is situated in a great location that was easy to find and is really well presented. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for one night and bedding was provided for its use - was very easy to make up too. The whole apartment was cosy, clean and tidy and really added to our little Brighton trip! Would definitely consider booking here again for any future trips ☺️ the owners were also extremely helpful and were very quick to respond to messages!

This didn't take away from our stay but it's worth noting that there are stairs up to the apartment as it is on the second floor, and some more stairs once you enter the apartment. A stretch of these stairs didn't have a bannister which I know won't be a problem for many but my dad has some mobility issues so did need some aid getting up and down as there was nothing to hold onto - worth keeping in mind if you also struggle with stairs!

Location was perfect for our beeds. The apartment was spacious. The equipment was of a high standard. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked.

The entrance lobby was a bit unloved and could do with painting. The bed could have been a little bigger

Everything was cosy, pleasant and quiet. My friend was most pleased about the coffee, creamer and definitely the shower. I loved it all round it had everything 😄

The bed suited its purpose, as we are both curvy women. It was on the slightly small size but we made do and although the mattress was soft memory foam, we thought it felt thin. As we both had to turn a few times as being in a certain position hurt my hips and hers. No problem, we just have a preference for chunkier mattresses 😅
