Chestnut Tree House with Hot tub & Sauna

The property exceeded our expectations, we arrived at night so the fairy lights were on and it looked beautiful. Inside, we were surprised to see a microwave, toaster and mini fridge after reading reviews that there was no electricity. There was also a tv and sockets for charging phones etc. it’s so quiet, peaceful and cosy! Everything you need for a relaxing weekend.

Cleanliness was good, slight issue with toilet cleanliness but nothing major, nothing else to dislike. If you have mobility issues be mindful before booking given there is a climb to the cabin but well worth it.

So lovely place, quiet, clean. Was nice to stay. We enjoyed in hot tub in the night. Highly recommend 👌

We were unable to heat up the sauna due to a problem with the chimney . There is something wrong. Our friends has been before here and it was the same problem.

The property was great totally peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need to escape the world for a couple of nights but close enough to Barmouth to get out and about in the day. I was expecting no electric so that was a bonus!! Views were incredible 😍

Directions on site not totally clear. Paths were quite slippy

De hut zelf is niet super comfortabel maar dat past ook wel bij Glamping De informatie over bv hoeveel hout er is, wel of geen koelkast, was wat verwarrend en tegenstrijdig.

Sauna and hottub was amazing and location

Log burners not cleaned out from previous people and leak in cabin.

It was beautiful where it was situated.

Access to the property wasn’t the best with having a disability as it was a bit difficult walking up. Plus there was no hand soap left in the bathroom and no shower gel or kindling for the fire or sauna.

The location was superb

The road in could do with a little maintenance but other than that it was a great stay.
