Chestnut Tree House with Hot tub & Sauna

Wood fired hot tub was brilliant. Better than any electric one

Great location!

Clear instructions on where to park for Chestnut treeshouse. We followed the arrows and was trying to get up a path that was impossible for a normal car then realised there was a 'parking area' before the hill but it was not clear that you should park there. It seemed like you needed to drive up the hill.

This was a surprise birthday treat for my daughter. I requested the birthday package which consisted of prosecco, chocolates, balloons and fairy cakes which was presented lovely. We also requested the pre heat service for the hot tub and sauna, so already warming up on our arrival. The scenery was just breathtaking, the treehouse was just amazing, just wish I’d of booked two nights. We got a takeaway pizza on route so no cooking. Crack the prosecco open and chill 🍾🥂

Only thing I didn’t like was that hubby wasn’t with us so I had to keep the fire topped up 😀

Great experience and the idea for gateway. (Preferably summer)

We visited in December, it was hard to warm up the hot tub (took over 4 hours), the majority of the wood was wet so it made it harder to warm up. In order to sleep in the warm room you need to keep the fire burning constantly. Plus extra 20£ to preheat sauna, hot tub and the room (basically to start the fire prior you coming) In the summer this will be a great experience, however in the cold period you won't enjoy it so much.
