Stay at Percy woods few times per year & we really enjoyed Otters can’t fault it whatsoever such a peaceful location next to the woodland just don’t forget your towels 😛

I missed the bring your own towels so I had to dry drip outside haha

We had a fabulous stay at the Otter's Rural Retreat. It was comfortable spacious and just a beautiful relaxing place. We weren't in it much during the day but it was a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring especially the hot tub. It was fully equipped with everything you would need from cooking facilities to board games cards and books It was great to get back to nature and leave some technology behind those who need it even included a PS4 which we never made use of Percy wood is a lovely place and a walk around the site is so peaceful. Included was free golf but ok it short trip was so jam packed we never had a chance to take this offer up my husband and sons are avid golfers. We would definitely return to this property. It was very homely making a stay away from home comfortable.

The only thing we could moan about was the outdoor furniture was damaged on our arrival so we were unable to sit out in the patio area with the weather being nice but it never spoiled our stay we just made extra use of the hot tub.

The hot tub was lovely, caravan was very clean and smelt lovely when we walked in. Loved there was a detailed booklet where to find things, places to eat etc. There was tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and a new tea towel - just what I needed as I forgot. The girls loved the games too. Thank you for contributing towards my daughter’s 13th birthday. She had an amazing time!

Nothing major, think it would benefit from an air fryer. I used the oven and it took ages to cook the food. 4 starving teenagers to contend with was a bit of a battle.

Lovely location. Hot tub clean and ready for use. Kitchen equipment was good, really helpful to be provided with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges, extra bin liners, etc. Loads of games, books, DVDs, Netflix. WiFi was really strong. Comfy sofa. Great info provided by owner, who was also really responsive to questions.

Beds in twin room not very comfortable. Some of blinds and fitted furniture a little worn.

It was a lovely place to stay, It was very clean, cosy and warm. The information left was very informative on instructions, places to go, food recommendations. There were plenty of things to keep you entertained during your stay. I wish we had booked for longer to be honest cause I did not want to leave although the weather was awful. We have really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing I didn't like the only thing I think would be beneficial is maybe a covering for over the hot tub as much as we still enjoyed it in the bad weather I think a cover would have made things considerably more comfortable.

Everything about it was spot on. Lovely and clean and had everything you need for a good weekend away! Will be back again.

Sadly the weather didn't play ball but can't help that!
