Rural location quiet tranquil great host very welcoming . Cottage had everything we needed.

Tucked away in the most peaceful setting, with horses, alpacas and a farm cat for company, what was there not to like? The cottage is equipped with everything you could want; it is in every sense, home from home. The sunny garden overlooks fields, with not a sound, other than the horses occasionally neighing to bother us. It is comfortable, peaceful, and the ultimate break away from it all. The hosts leave you be, but are always on hand should you ever need anything. If you want a day out, try walking in the New Forest, or visit the New Forest Wildlife Park, fantastic value, and much more to see than a big zoo. There's also Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - take the park and ride, much easier and cheaper than parking nearby, and the bus takes you straight there.

A standalone two-storey apartment in a rural area, the place is cosy and clean. Our hosts were friendly and attentive and even greeted us with a bottle of wine! A well-equipped kitchen and warm even in winter.

A washing machine would be ideal for a longer stay.

All just perfect! We are local and stayed whilst having some building work done. It was a perfect home from home

The owners were very friendly and helpful and kept us supplied with fresh eggs! We were going to a wedding nearby and when we arrived my partner realised he had forgotten his suit. Martin offered him one of his. Luckily we were able to get the suit brought from home by another wedding guest.
