Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Jardim do Morro. Supermarket nearby if you are self-catering.. Immaculately clean and well presented. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus of a lovely courtyard garden. Adelino met us at the house and was super friendly and informative.

As others have said there is some road noise but then you expect that for such a city centre central location. We didn't see it as a negative and it certainly didn't stop us getting a good night's sleep!

The house is perfectlu located on the coast of Vila Nova de Gaia - 2 min walk to the closest bus station or the Luis I Bridge. It oi beautifully decorated with lots of art, attention to detail and Adelino was very very helpful meeting us and explaining all the must see places in Porto and the area. It is spacious, quiet and the patio is perfect as well. Totally recommend!

There is no proper wardrobe. :) Everything else was 100 % perfect.

Qualité du logement. Super emplacement. Calme. Très bonne literie. Très bonne accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive.

Le seul point négatif a été une coupure d'électricité de la maison et de tout le cartier pendant plusieurs heures et dont toute la soirée Malgré tous les efforts du propriétaire pour résoudre le problème dont il n'est pas du tous maître.

Great location! We really enjoyed Gaia. The house was delightful and our hosts were super responsive and flexible. It was perfect for our family and the back patio was lovely.

The apartment was clean, modern, great shower in the bathroom, large kitchen area with table for eating. It is a great location for access to Porto city centre by foot or tram or to the nearby Vila Nova de Gaia waterfront. Porto has lots of hills & steps which helps keep you fit!! There is a local supermarket, bakery & vegetable shop on Av da Republica 5 minute walk away. It was a brilliant holiday thank you Adelino.

Only small problem was the traffic passed very close to the bedroom window on cobbles which made it noisy.

Super location! Really comfortable, pleasantly decorated with plenty of room. Our host, Adelino, was wonderful. He went over and above expectations to help get us settled. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by, as well as the metro stop was only 5 minutes away.

Basically none, only small comment is that the floor was cold all the time (bring some slippers or warm socks). It was winter when we stayed so not totally unexpected. Not a complaint, just a comment.
