The place is like a magical garden and the rooms are spectacular, super clean and with all conveniences. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. I was so well looked after by PiSey, whose smile and willingness to help in all situations will not be forgotten. Also, Somphors and Sophaek in the kitchen always greeted me with a smile and a chat and nothing is too much trouble for them. I will definitely go back to this beautiful place that felt like a family to me while I was there.

My 4th stay at Mane Boutique Hotel. Despite Siem Reap's current economic challenges with a slow season, Mane maintains their exceptional standards. The welcoming lobby sets the tone, and their pool is a peaceful retreat. The food is consistently good, and the staff's warmth makes every stay special. Manager Anita and her team's attentive service is to be remarked. Perfect location - quick access to temples, close to the city center, coffee spots, and the pleasant 'Chocolate Road' area. The Khmer-styled rooms remain comfortable, very clean. 🙏🙏

We had a super nice time, from start to finish, the hotel is well situated, and we used their free one way tuck-tuck service alot. The food is really fresh, and the chef makes the Best Tom Yum soup, also his Fish Amok is brilliant. Davis was our PA, yes you get a PA. Brilliant idea. Helped so much. The staff are very nice. Can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, stylish, clean and comfortable. We liked pool in the nice garden. Our personal assistent Anita was friendly, profesional and helpful. She organized the tour to Ankor Wat , to the floating village and Apsara dance.She took care of us all the time we spent in the hotel. She recomended places where to eat and what to see. We are greatful for making our stay comfortable.

Staff very pleasant and helpful, food lovely, decent sized pool for a small hotel, handy, quiet location on edge of town but near a couple of excellent restaurants. Quirky individual decoration with lots of Cambodian sculpture and pottery.

Not much; just a feeling that the decor and facilities are a little ‘tired’, could do with sprucing up. Also, room descriptions/photos are slightly misleading. The description and photos of the room we booked suggested a small separate internal sitting area and a balcony. When we arrived we were given a ground floor room with no separate sitting area and just a small outdoor space in the garden. The concierge Davis helpfully relocated us to the first floor room which had the internal sitting area, which was fine, though it didn’t have a balcony. Turns out the rooms are all different from each other and there is some conflation going on in the descriptions and pictures: in practice, there is no room which has both internal sitting area and a balcony…

It was a nice enough property with Tuk Tuk available for drop off into town. The staff were courteous and wanting to help

This property is not a 5 star hotel and therefore did not live up to the expectations we had previously experienced in other hotels in Asia for much the same price. We stay in many different levels of hotel but when you book a bit of luxury that is what you hope for. At best a 4 star and possibly more 3 star. If we had booked based on that rating and price we would have been satisfied. It didn’t start well with being offered a small room with shared balcony. We were moved to a larger room but the balcony over looked the street and had no comfortable seating. Breakfast ok but make sure you get one of the outside tables as the restaurant room is depressing. No atmosphere so didn’t eat or drink anything at the hotel outside of breakfast and we only ate that because it was included.

Small hotel with charm, which is already a bit outdated.

The staff are helpful, but unfortunately there were certain inconveniences for us: breakfast was not available regularly and as we had even explicitly asked for it at 6 am (our day trip was due to start soon). The restaurant area was still pitch black. Apparently the reception had to call the staff first, possibly to wake them up? In the end, we were served cold (!) porchetta eggs as "Egg Benedict" - obviously older - and stale croissants. That was really quite unpleasant. When checking out for the morning after next, we had agreed a departure time of 6:45am and ordered a cab through the hotel: It was then not possible to pay by credit card, they insisted with a forced tone of voice on "cash", otherwise we would have had to wait, but our cab to the airport was already there and we could not be under time pressure because of the departure time.

Anita was very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice.

Every night of our stay I was woken up in the middle of the night by the dogs that live opposite to the hotel barking :(
