Mane Boutique Hotel & Spa

I was worried when we turned down a little back street, but when we arrived the place was welcoming. lots of wood and trees, the landscaping was lovely. the room was big, the decorations authentic. the breakfast was great. the air/con worked well. the staff were delightful

nothing I liked it all. it should be noted that all the beds are hard in this part of the world. I've been sleeping well.

The upstairs room was huge and very comfortable and the decorations on the wall were impressive. The pool area and surrounding garden was beautiful. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The booking was originally made in Mane Hotel and Spa. They have relocated us to Mane Family Vacation with prior information. However, this was not up to our expectations. Mr. Sear one of their staff was excellent.

1. The staff, courtesies showed, always smiling and helpful. 2. Extremely clean within the compact (but adequate)area. 3. The place, thanks to its staff, exuded a warmth and human touch unlike most starred properties which, are far more efficient and machine like, but lack the human interface. 4. The breakfast, incidentally is ala carte, but is exquisite in every manner. Whether it’s the Western Eggs Benedict or the Cambodian Conjee, full marks to the Chef. 5. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance from the restaurants at 7 Makara street, Pub street and the Old market.

Loved every bit of the property! If I must, the open bathroom shower in the suite maybe an embarrassment for two unrelated roommates!! But then, that’s trivial reportage.

Absolutely incredible stay, we were sad to leave! Davis, our concierge, was the best concierge I've ever interacted with, which is saying a lot given the amount I have travelled around SE Asia and the world as a whole. I informed him before our arrival that we were celebrating my fiancee's birthday in Siem Reap and he arranged a beautiful flower display in our room along with a cake and happy birthday welcome from the staff. He also arranged an amazing dinner at a nearby restaurant, complete with another birthday surprise and helped to arrange some great tours and a driver to take us to Phnom Penh. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of character and the staff are all extremely friendly. Can't recommend this place enough, we will be back someday.
