Breakfast room, service, and pool area and surrounds where all very good. Staff were absolutely amazing. Polite, helpful and always happy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing I didn't like, wish I could have stayed longer.

The location is really amazing. A couple of Khmer old fashioned villas in a beautiful nature, with relaxing swimming pool and SPA services. The concierge Davis was really super kind and very helpful. It is so lovely as he takes care of his guests!

Simply nothing.

Pisey was lovely, made us feel super welcome...the place was just nice and peaceful with lots of green, something we needed after 4 hectic days in Bangkok...Breakfast was nice, we got an upgrade which made us feel extra special and the room was delightful with a big balcony.

It felt safe and i'm sure it doesn't happen, but literally someone could work through the gate and into the building with no keys required. I guess buffet breakfast would be nice, and maybe not having such large framed pictures of the king staring at you before going to bed too. I would say restaurant / drink prices are quite high considering you are in a small town in Cambodia, so we just went to restaurants for food and 7/11 for drinks instead.

We have visited more than 50 countries of the world, but for the first time we met such a professional employee and a very beautiful girl who takes maximum care of each guest of the hotel, always shares advice and recommendations, is constantly in touch and helps in solving all important issues. This hotel is a gem. The service is amazing and the hotel and garden is really beautiful. The hotel organised a visit to Angkor Wat for us and the guide was superb.

very helpful and friendly staff, reception desk manager offered and organized excellent minivan and tuktuk service for angkor wat, tonle sap and the city center well-kept property with nice pool area excellent breakfast stayed there for the second time and would gladly return again
