Building is nice

Brekfast was disappointed. Music playing late in to the night. Rooms was hot the cold. Curtains let loads of light though. Breakfast wasn't keep stocked

Room was spacious.Staff very friendly and helpful.

The view from the bedroom window was over a flat roof,this was dirty and untidy.Bedroom could do with updating.Alot of stairs within the property,this probably should be mentioned before booking.Also the swimming g pool should be included in the stay.

Was upgraded and food was lovely in resturant

The upgrade gave us a bath/jacquzzi but didnt work. Slow service in resturant felt like no one was attemtive and we needed to call staff over.

Breakfast

Wasn't the room you advertised in your pictures plus the wrought iron stairs to the room is dangerous.its that rotten the hand rails are not attached steps had holes .I'm actually looking at who to contact to report to council health and safety it's a danger to staff and visitors.

The room was comfortable and the beds particularly so.

Sadly the shower was over the bath which I don't like as I have a bad back and getting in and out is hard. Breakfast was disappointing. Not unsweetened cereal and only fried eggs. The bread wasn't great quality but okay although the toaster meant that the bread had to be put through twice to actually toast it.
