Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa, Best Western Signature Collection

The staff was really helpful

We had a superior room but it was noisy, the bath didn't run properly, just trickled. We've stayed in a standard double previously and liked the room more.

The staff on reception were friendly and attentive

The room was cold, heating didn’t come on till late we were there for a chilled stay and had to ring reception as it was cold and they sent up a heater, the toilet very noisy when flushed, very noisy outside the rooms room service only had selection of 4 sandwiches nothing hot, couldn’t get lunch or a lite bite we couldn’t check in till 3pm so went to get something to eat and was told closed until evening dinner, pre booking of spa strange as never had to do this in any other hotels we have stayed at so we couldn’t use the spa facilities, the bed was comfy room big and spacious and grounds were lovely

Grounds were lovely for a walk.

Double room was two single beds pushed together, so we rolled into a heap in the middle. Breakfast was chaos. I feel that a communal jug of pre-made over stewed tea probably isnt good enough and bringing pots of tea to each table would be the norm (seeing as breakfast was extra). We had to hunt around for glasses, tea cups and cutlery, as tables were not being cleared and re-set. Spa is a completely different part of the hotel, and not included (or available). Check in staff were somewhat unfriendly. Beautiful building in need of a lot of TLC.

Location, gardens

Este amplasat intr-un loc superb. Locatia insasi este un punct de atractie turistica. Totul a fost exact ca in prezentare. Micul dejun tipic englezesc, foarte bun! Recomand acest hotel!
