Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa, Best Western Signature Collection

Reception staff are lovely.

Rooms need an update. Electric point so far from bed had to move furniture to plug in cpap. Cold water tap ran lukewarm do couldn't have water to drink at night. Bath had no plug so couldn't have bath. Fixed shower head with one setting which was a weak flow. Really unsure why its rated 4 star and costs so much when everything is so worn out.

Perfect location for all the attractions chesterfield as to offer.

I arrived at the hotel and was given keys to my room. It was so shabby I actually went to reception to ask if I could move to another room. The ‘upgrade’ was a larger and just as shabby room. I was told it’s a grade 2 listed building, but that doesn’t mean the rooms can’t be painted or decorated. I couldn’t sleep there and booked at another hotel for the night

The rooms I was offered were really old, tired and shabby. Broken tiles and bath, walls covered in scuffs and marks, decor like something from your great, great aunt and not in a cool way. I walked in and out

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. The decor in the room and in general was a little tired. Breakfast, scrambled eggs and mushrooms, not very tasty but everything else was great.

Lovely room Staff are great and the hotel efficiency and friendliness seems to.have risen remarkably. A lovely experience all round. Best Western seem to have boosted spirits all round
