The balcony is lovely, but it would be even better if the external glass could be fully opened to enjoy the view more completely.

Great location and view of the harbor/bridge/Arctic cathedral. Walkable to city center, and easy public transport to sights further out.

Nice kitchen but very minimally outfitted for cooking. There wasn’t even a dish towel.

The apartment was really smart and spacious with a very useful, large entrance hall with heated floor (great for drying wet boots etc). The views from the apartment and balcony were amazing (not sure if additional development plans in the location might affect this in future). Very clean communal area and a good lift. Great location with local restaurant and a super cafe.

We had an issue on arrival as the apartment had not been cleaned - however, the host dealt with this very efficiently and quickly and moved us to an alternative, equivalent apartment. For an apartment of this quality, we were disappointed with the lack of kitchen equipment (e.g. not enough saucepans, kitchen knives, cooking utensils). Also there was no cloths drying airer and no dustpan and brush.

Great location.

No water view. Immediate area felt a bit abandoned. No decor. Didn’t feel warm. A few extra coffee pods would have been nice.

Great location and very clean and comfortable apartment. Service staff excellent!

Despite the fact, that we were told that construction is still going on, it was unacceptable, that the construction workers started their day every day with switching on their Gettoblaster radio at 7:15am. The Appartement heating system was broken and could not be fixed. The first 4 days we had constant 26-29 degrees inside! Unbearable! Finally a technician tried to fix the problem without success. He turned the system off, entirely. The cooking dishes are unacceptable. Teflon pots and pans, scratched and therefore a health issue. There are no wooden or plastic tools available to work the pots and pans. Overall the supply of kitchen ware is very limited! This is a great place, the issues above should be fixed easily. Also, we didn’t but should have asked for a refund for the noise and sweating of the first 4 days and nights. Our fault.

Views were amazing and the apartment made the holiday. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the Norwegian fjords.

Nothing it was great

The apartment is brand new and very comfortable.

The complex is very much still under construction. It didn’t bother us but renters should know.
