Ame no Hi to Yuyake-Adult Only

Room had a balcony and a jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. You have complimentary access to an onsen in amother property, less than 5 mins walking distance. It may be a bit inconvenient during winter, but I visited in June and it was not a problem. They have complimentary Gelato after dinner. The breakfast was western style but with a Japanese touch: very enjoyable. The staff member I interacted with was kind and spoke excellent English.

The breakfast is more about quality than quantity, so if you are planning to go for a hike you may need to integrate it. The town itself was empty at 6pm on a Thursday night it June.

The same dude helped us check in at 4pm (including parking the rental car to a better spot), provided dinner service, served us ice cream until 10pm, was in charge of breakfast at 8am and checkout at 11. Throughout this his attitude was excellent. If management is reading this, please give him a bigger raise.

Meals need to be booked in advance (though I empathize with the kitchen's logistical necessity), no onsen on site (bathing room and tub were huge so not really needed), lighting was barely bright enough to be practical (but aesthetically pleasing)

Clean & quiet. Very personal 💕 They have an ice-cream parlour that serves 14 flavours. Very natural & mecha oishi. Breakfast was simple but oh so delicious plus a nice view of the mountains & a little peek of lake when the trees are still coming of of its winter sleep.

No dinner restaurant in the premise & it’s surrounding.

唯一挙げるとするならば… おそらく朝ごはんの際に机を拭いていた布巾が、生乾き臭を放っていたと思います。 前日はそんなことはありませんでしたので、たまたま至らなかっただけと思いますが、そこだけ残念でした。

部屋が綺麗で良かったです。

スタッフさんが1人だったので少し待たされた事です。 でも対応は良かったです。
