Luxury York Minster Penthouse - Free Gym & Parking

Location was excellent. Easy to find. Instructions were clear. The home was nice but uncomfortably hot. The hot water situation was ridiculous. The water was dangerously hot and we couldn’t cool the showers down. Had to turn it off and have cold showers. One of the showers was broken. The building was so hot that sleep was difficult and there was only one fan. The kitchen was well appointed but the oven wasn’t clean and there were chips left in a dirty tray. The freezer needs defrosting and it has pizzas and chips left there It was nice to have the outside deck to sit on but it needs a really good clean cobwebs and dirt everywhere. Overall we really liked the place but you need to pay more attention to detail. Better cleaning, Sort out the hot water and get some aircon going.

Very comfortable, super convenient to everything, easy free parking.

The instructions given to us on how to get here and what passwords to use were very clear, we even had a little text on Saturday to see if everything was okay, which l thought was lovely. The penthouse was very clean and tidy, and the beds were super comfy. The penthouse was on York's doorstep which was fantastic.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. Very safe and secure.

It was a little further to the centre than expected but not a huge problem.

Excellent instructions/support from property manager. Great location. Good spacious and comfortable accommodation.

The gym was in another building.
