Luxury York Minster Penthouse - Free Gym & Parking

Very spacious, smart penthouse apartment! Close to the centre of town (10 mins) with its own parking and a supermarket nearby. Loved the big stylish rooms and the balcony. Beds very comfy, lovely hot showers and large smart tv. Quite warm being on the 4th floor but plenty of windows to open. Communication with hosts was excellent and appreciated the message asking if everything was good after our first night. Loved exploring York.

Not a negative about the property, just a word of warning if you have a low slung car like my Honda Civic.. I wouldn’t advise using the parking space as while parking over the bollard, I managed to dislodge (and crumple) my splash shield on the underside of my car.

Lovely flat. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Easy walk into the centre.

Outside area of balcony not been cleaned for a while (This is our only complaint 🥴)

Pas d'accès direct à la salle de sport (on doit aller dans un autre immeuble juste à côté et demander à ce qu'on nous ouvre)

The private parking was great. The location is ~10 mins walk from the Minster, which was fine. The bathrooms were great. However, some of the other rooms could do with a spruce up.

The wifi was down for most of our stay. Jordan and Andy did their best to resolve this. However, the lack of wifi was a real inconvenience.

The space and location

Window blinds could be more robust.

Great location, easy to access, great facilities, lovely balcony & bedrooms, kitchen was perfect for cooking.

Free gym is actually in another building and only available 10am-3pm. These details supplied quite late in our stay. Not a dealbreaker as we didn’t book for the gym, but was excited to use it and didn’t get chance to.
