Luxury York Minster Penthouse - Free Gym & Parking

Huge apartment with a great view. It took us 10-15 mins to walk into the main part of York. We had two cars but we were given information of where to park from Jordan which was hugely helpful and it was very cheap in comparison to the centre of York parking. The apartment had everything you could need and there is an Asda across the road which is very convenient. There is also a cafe around the corner which seemed to be open quite late selling various items. Check in was easy with clear instructions. We had lots of space for four people. It’s very quiet and we didn’t hear any other people, you can hear traffic but I’m used to that anyway. When we had an issue we messaged and received a reply and a solution quite quickly. It felt very safe and secure in the apartment which I like.

My only suggestion would be maybe a deep clean is required and it might be worth considering changing the carpet in the main en suite bedroom for the same floor that runs throughout the apartment as it’s very stained and has a musty smell, I would presume from all the wet feet that come through from the en suite bathroom. It would also match the rest of the apartment if it was the same flooring and be easier to keep clean. The front door sticks quite badly and needs a hard shove to open. If these two things are done it would be a 10/10 apartment

Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed for a pleasant break to York to visit family. Great situation and very clean throughout.

Did have a bit of a problem with the front door which needed a heavy push to open it but once in the apartment all good

Location is great, we walked everywhere from the apartment.. entry to apt and car parking was also very safe behind gates. Apartment was big and comfy, 2 toilets was very good for my fam of 4. Balcony is v aesthetic but too cold to be outside. The kids loved the netflix too. Washer and dryer is very efficient too! jordan was very halpful as well!

E kettle is abit dirty, need to descale & no frying pans for fried/ scrambled eggs. The apartment door is abit stuck and hard to open.

Great location, clean, modern and loved the terrace. Good to have parking and a very short walk to the centre.
