Parking was good and secure

The size of the apartment was amazing! Gorgeous balcony.

Had allocated parking but someone else had parked in it. Limited parking not enough for each apartment.

Conveniently located. Love the private car park and the secure entry to the property and the unit. Conveniently located near a cafe that serves good pizza and beer. Unit is located on the top floor so you do get a fair bit of privacy and a nice street view from the top. Washing machine is definitely a plus for us as a mid way for our trip we get to wash and dry all our clothes. Lots of fresh towels provided as well. The TV has YouTube, so it provided lots of entertainment on rainy days. The living room and open kitchen is well laid out. Two bathrooms is a plus. Adequate heaters all over the unit kept the whole place nice a cozy. Love the rubbish bin. It is huge. Hot water shower works fine.

Okay. Here is the not so pretty part. The bed sheets and pillow case look way over used as they look yellowish. Carpets are rather dirty. You can find flyers and dirt left behind from previous occupants between the gaps of the sofa. Kitchen utensils looks like it’s been overused and not washed. Beds are a little too small for two person to sleep on considering we are Asians. The door is quite jammed up you might need to get some CQB training to get thru it. The door edges are a little sharp so you might need to be careful if you have kids in the unit. The kettle looks like there’s slime at the bottom. The pots and pans looks quite banged up so I settled with the stainless steel pan. Water pressure at the shower is a little weak.

Location was spot on

The property is modern, clean, spacious and has everything you need, it really is home from home. The bed is so comfortable, it’s like sleeping on a cloud. One bedroom has an en-suite, the other has a bathroom next door, off the hall. The kitchen’s fully equipped, and the couches are comfortable. It’s a short walk into the town centre.

I would have preferred both bedrooms to have an en-suite, but it wasn’t an issue and we would definitely come back. The property is spotless on the whole, however the grouting surrounding the bath is black in some parts. We had some difficulty unlocking the front door, it seems to be catching, once unlocked you have to shove it open.

It could have been cleaner. Dusty in places, bathrooms needed a thorough clean. Glassware had to be washed before use. I think after a thorough clean, paintwork touched up, and attention to detail with certain areas, it is a great apartment.
