Lovely large modern high spec apartment

Location was good balcony was great all in all comfortable

First thing door was very hard to get in to had to ring our contact number and we were told it is tough and give it a really big shove not ideal for older or weaker clients .Then internet did not work and it did not all week contacted the owner he sent a mate round on first evening he could not solve it then we were told many times that an e e engineer would be round to fix it on various occasions and would we be in obviously we were there to see York so didn’t spend any days in the apartment we had to hot spot the tv to our mobile phone in evening to get any internet this was extremely annoying for our daughter who lives for the internet and then very frustrating and stressful for us as could not use phone as it was being used to run the house internet we don’t go away on holiday to get stressed out and pay for something we did not receive .Then freezer was very iced up with left over bags of ice in from who knows where so could not use this.Then my wife got very hot one night and decided to use the fan this blew dust and muck all over the place it looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time so then we had to clean this and the mess and dust that was blown all over this was not what I expected to do on holiday and totally unacceptable

Spacious modern apartment. Good location.

Spacious, property manager fixed the smoke alarm.

Lots of cobwebs around, and couldn’t get wifi to work.

Lovely Pentehouse everything you need and communicate was very good.

It was all perfect

Modern/stylish. Well-equipped with everything you need to make for a very comfortable and self sufficient stay. We had been staying in hotels so it made a nice change to be able to cook and relax in your own apartment. Penthouse on the top floor with balcony and lots of windows meant an airy/light feel to the apartment. Easy walk to central town.
