"The Grace Bay Beach is really fantastic and the best!"

Beach within short walking distance, approx 5 min. You can walk or you can drive one min there to the small free parking (expect it be fully packed in peak of season). Grace Bay Beach - just amazing and definitely is the most valuable attraction. Property provided sunbeds, umbrellas and beach towels. Breakfast in cafe "Shay" just across the street will satisfy any age and any preferences. Dining within 10 min walking or 20-30 min driving. Staff and owners are extremely pleasant persons. Their advices regarding literally everything (dining, interesting locations, trips) were extremely useful and valuable. Returning to the main point - choose this property for the Grace Bay Beach!

"We enjoyed our time in Turks & Caicos. The unit was close to the beach, shopping and coffee shops."

The location was good, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was clean and ample seating for guests that were finished using it and wanted to relax in the sun. The living area could use more mirrors. Only a small one in each bathroom made it difficult for 7 ladies to get ready. Also a few more hooks to hang towels or garments on would be helpful as well.

The picture shown on Booking was a 2 bedroom unit. We booked a 3 bedroom and wasn't a nice as the one pictured. We however would likely book again, only this time book the 2 bedroom, more updated unit.

An excellent place to stay for a family of 5! We often times have trouble finding anything where we don’t have to pay extra or get an extra room for our 5th person. All of these condo style units looked out to the pool and we could walk to everything! Perfect spot in Grace Bay. The beach access was great and this building comes with passes for beach chairs which we used every day. Can’t say enough about this small (island feeling) resort!
