Island Club Turks & Grace Bay Place

It was clean, spacious and modern. Good strength wifi and the location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and shops and only about 8 minutes walk to the grocery store. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and lovely people. A special mention for Margo as she helped us with any query we had and was super friendly.

I stayed here for a week with my two children and it’s was perfect. Super location. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier, especially Margot who went out of her way to make sure we were welcome. Some of the fixtures are a little tired like the doors which made them a little hard to open but that was my biggest issue! Provided parasols and beds for the beach, and chairs for other beaches if we wanted. Location was perfect, super quiet. Would definitely book again.

Sliding doors a little stiff so kids couldn’t open them but sometimes that’s a bonus so they can’t let the cool air out!!

This property is on Grace Bay which is an ideal location. It is a more "affordable" option vs the resorts that are directly on the beach. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and Grace Bay beach is gorgeous. The property is very easy to access and has free parking and a decent sized pool with a lot of deck chairs and eating areas.

Unfortunately, we had several issues with the apartment we rented: - A "superior" (better) apt was later advertised after we booked for $1200 less and they would not allow us to move and get the better price - Upon arrival, we noticed ants and fleas all over kitchen counter and asked them to spray, no one came for 9 days - The windows in the apartment are very old, so you hear every sound at night (concert, fighting dogs, construction, etc). - The beds are very hard with very thin bedding. - We stayed 10 nights and did not see the pool cleaned, so after a few days we stopped going into the pool

The receptionist was very nice and friendly very welcoming and very out going best experience

It was so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc

There was only one soap bar, no shampoo or conditioner

EVERYTHING!!! From the moment we book the place, they took care of us!!! I travel with my 4 year old son, and we were so happy!!! We arrive at Ocean Club Turks and we where happily got take care of! Our housing was just AMAIZING,so much space, clean and full of good taste!. The staff at the property were very kind and helpful! The pool was always clean and it have on the side nice chairs to seat around. They also have a space were the kids can get some pooltoys. The beach is just at 5 min walk and the restaurants and groceries stores also walking distance. We got a very nice recommendation for a boat tour with Caicos Dream Tours. We loved staying with you! The use of an umbrella and chairs to take to other beaches were great. Pool area was always kept clean and being able to get new beach towels each day was great too. Prior to arrival they answered all my questions with no issue.

Having to bring our own shampoo and bath soap was probably the only bad thing. It's not clear in the booking that you need to bring your own but since I saw that in other reviews I reached out to check and they replied very quickly.

Spacious, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. Love and Margo were engaged and went out of the way to show us around, make recommendations, and even book our boat adventures, and cab back to the airport. Quick walk to beach.

location, layout, kitchen, grill - perfect for families!

TV didn't work for any local channels or for Fubo - only Netflix. But we were not there to watch TV so didn't really matter.
