Island Club Turks & Grace Bay Place

The location is good, the hotel is good, the staff is friendily, but they cloud be a little flexible.

A short 5 minute walk to the beach across the street was convenient. The hotel provided a beach umbrella, cooler bag, beach towels and a cart to transport everything to the beach. At the beach, loungers were available at no cost for the hotel guests which was convenient. The apartment units were equipped with everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment style 2-storey units, with bedrooms on upper floor. Great for families on a budget as it is well priced compared to other hotels in Grace Bay. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and modest accommodation close to the main shops and short distance to the beach, this place is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No restaurants or other amenities on the premises (other than a pool); however it is located on the main road with several restaurants in walking distance, some of which were located at other larger hotels. The Island Club Turks & Grace Bay Place consisted of 2 storey apartment style townhouse complexes rather than a typical hotel that would offer amenities.

Close to beach and restaurants. Location is best part for this property. They provide beach chairs and umbrella. Pool is small but has great oasis’s feel.

Property is dated. Showers are rusty and old. A/C barely will touch 25C during day. Beds are not too comfortable.

The place is conveniently located, and the staff is prompt in addressing service requests. We had issues with light bulbs that were immediately addressed.

The backyard grill didn't work. It wasn't a big deal for us but I would suggest the maintenance team to fix the appliance.

Everything was great

The property looks even better than on the pictures. Very specious. Has a free parking, beach umbrella, cards for the beach lounge chairs or you can grab chairs from the office. The walk to the beach is about 5 min. Staff at the reception is very attentive.

Everything was perfect. Will definitely recommend no regrets 🙂

Excellent location

The location was great for walking into town for shops and restaurants.

Place needed some repairs and is a bit dated.

Location in Grace Bay was perfect - near grocery restaurants etc. pool was lovely as were the adorable cats 🐱🐱🐱 all around. Felt safe despite recent news reports of gang violence. Apartment was roomy enough. Free beach chairs, wagon and umbrella courtesy of the front desk was A+++

The furnishings and apartment in general were very dated. There were little ants in the kitchen area but I didn’t see them anywhere else in the home. Given these I would say the price was high for what we got but then again this is the most expensive part of Turks and Caicos!
