NZVery handy location for Waterfront and central Cape Town. Good security and parking. Apartment suited our needs and was comfortable.
Apartment felt a bit ‘tired’. Nearby noise and smell from construction sites during the day. Initially we found the walking route to the V&A Waterfront a bit complicated with the various gates and access card not working, but that improved.

The apartment was not cleaned during our stay, with no clean towels and bedding. The noise level during the night was very loud and very disruptive.
