A/C in room way to high above the door to be able to adjust temperature. Very unpleasant. Could not use bathroom sink, plugged up and would about overflow so we started using the shower to brush our teeth, etc. Back door to patio has wood rot around it, you can see outside thru the gaps and bugs were coming in. No staff on property to assist.

Location was great. Everything was within walking distance and I was pleased to be able to get a parking space. The linens and towels were luxurious. The balcony was a nice place to sit.

The room/carpet was filthy. There was visible mold and it smelled like wet dog. All the windows are painted shut and were it not for the door to the balcony, fresh air would not have been possible. The television did not work. The mattress was horrific, and there was a hole in the floor next to the bed that I managed to step in almost every time I got out of bed. The lighting in the hallway was nonexistent, and it would have been impossible to suss out the room code had I not had a flashlight.

The small pool without enough lounge chairs was across the street. We had to go across the street to get ice instead of ice in the building. Wouldn't have been bad if we at least had ice trays. No one ever on the premises, except occasionally the very nice housekeeper.

No breakfast, no staff or room service. They did leave some shampoo in the room, but no soap.

Perfect location, close to everything, walking distance. Good value for money, good for the stay of 2+1 people.

Check in process was not good, we had to call everyone, searching for anyone, nobody was answering, check in instructions were not sent and we had to wait outside. Since it is close to the Main Street, be ready for a noise / music from the bars.
