Location was okay

Check in was awful. Parking was insufficient. Customer service was non-existent. Over priced for the service provided.

We were not given or told of any breakfast.

Difficult to get a hold of “GEM” despite all the hype of e-mail and/or concierge service. Difficult to speak to a human. The rooms were “adequate”. Not great amenities. Value poor for what was provided. The AC was out of control loud. Basically made sleeping impossible. It was “fine” but can’t recommend.

The location was great.

The toilets didn’t flush, the sink backed up constantly and the shower didn’t have any pressure.

A perfect location for Key West, close to all the main attractions and at the same time a little bit secluded from lively Duval Street. A place full of history and charm, we really loved it!

Rooms have obviously been refurbished but ours still had a carpet, which we feel is not the best for a tropical climate. Although everything went very smoothly with our hosts via email we have missed to talked to somebody in person at the Inn. Also we would have loved an onsite breakfast option at this beautiful Curry Mansion House.

the set up was nice for 3 people. the grounds were lovely.

The lack of service and response of staff to a malfunctioning TV. The facilities were not fully explained or information was not provided. There was no working ice machine. We were not made aware of breakfast and the contact number provided for problem was not functioning within a standard amount of time. we had an issue with the room and left a message with the service but there was no response. we had to call back a couple of hours later to get any response. There was an effort made for compensation for dinner vouchers on our last night , but the call was made after 6:30. there has been no attempt to make restitution.

location was fabulous. room easy to get into and was comfortable

Toilet did not flush. Called and was told they'd send someone. It wasn't fixed that day so we fixed it temporarily with dental floss (we had a resourseful woman with us)
