House number 1 in kutaisi

It is a spacious flat in a nice area of Kutaisi.

When we came to the flat we could instantly see that there were chunks of dust on the floor. I think we wouldn’t have minded that, but two properties we stayed before were spotless. Another problem was that the shower wasn’t clean: the glass pf the shower was visibly dirty and there were all kind of hair in it. One problem I also had, but that was maybe my fault that I didn’t check there wasn’t any possibility to pay by card for the stay. So on the last day we had to cash out the money, which additionally cost us 8€ of fees for money withdrawal. Next time I will make sure that I choose the property payed not only by cash. Also there were no instructions how to go to the property beforehand.

The location was perfect. In the center of the town.

The flat was really cozy and clean, the interior is great, I loved that there was coffee, tea and a big screen so you could get comfortable on the couch with some hot beverage. Thanks to the host who let us check in earlier, cause our train came at about 11:30 and we needed somewhere to leave our bags behind while going on an excursion.

It’s not that I didn’t like something)) Everything was great! it’s just a few improvements I’d recommend that would make guests stays perfect 🤩 I’d recommend buying some spoons, cause there’s only forks now) And more importantly – buying big mugs for coffee and tea. There were small ones americano like, and sometimes especially in cold rainy days like we had in November you just feel like a big mug of coffee or tea ☺️

House Number 1 is my favorite place to be in Kutaisi! The apartment is exactly as it looks like in the pictures! I am in love with the design and the colors. The bed is super comfortable and everything is super clean! You can cook your favorite meal in the kitchen with so much joy! You are in the middle of the city and close to literally everything you might need! The balcony has a wide view of the sky around you it’s my favorite part of the apartment The host Andrew is very kind and very responsive :) he’s only a text away!
