House number 1 in kutaisi

Everything was perfect. The apartment has the best location in the centre but is quiet at night. It is spacious, new and very comfortable, not to mention pretty, exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very very well equipped, the elevator is now operational and the owner very nice and responsive. This is defenitely a first 10 for me in Georgia

5th floor and no lift - Owner was kind enough to help me pick the luggage but every time you go out, have to walk up 5 floors

It was properly organized, in heart of Kutaisi. The owner was a gentleman and very helpful

Kutaisi had a water problem due to which no water for first few hours. Then our host cane to rescue and provided temporary water. But it was one time as government was doing some piping work in whole of Kitaisi

At the center near all you need. Save energy and your time with best location. This is not a flat, IT'S A 5 STAR BOUTIQUE FLAT. Have all you can need and very new. Bonus: The book 100 years pictures, 1918 - 2018. A easy way to learn more about this magnificent nation. This place it's better value for each Lari I pay.

Best gesthouse in twon. Very good location nearby everything in the city. host is very nice and supporting. Kutaisi also best city to visit if u like nature beauty.
