House number 1 in kutaisi

Wow, what an amazing flat. It's spacious, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Everything you need for a great stay - we could easily have spent a month here. The kitchen was great, plenty of space to sit and relax (TV had Netflix and Prime!), excellent bathroom with washer and a very comfortable bedroom. The balcony has a view of the mountains and it was astounding waking up to that every morning. Tons of restaurants, cafes and shops all around. Host was very friendly and replied quickly. He let us drop our bags before check in, so we could go have lunch. We loved it here.

Only tiny little thing to wish for would be bowls big enough for breakfast cereal or soup.

The apartment is in a good location and really comfortable with everything you need..

The only problem was that the apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator out of order.

An excellent homestay experience. Well furnished apartment. With an amazing view of the city and snow clad mountains.

Everything was amazing. Suggestion - With regard to international tourists, It would be great if you could install a faucet ( Bidets) with a hook holder beside the toilet seat, as it would be convenient for the tourist from Asia / Middle East.

Everything is fine. Clean, has everything you need, beautiful interior.

There could be small extra things like coffee, tea, umbrella, other than that we did not notice any cons in this apartment.
