Room was nice and spacious

I booked this hotel for the resort style swimming pool and room with plunge pool access. The big resort style pool was closed for maintenance, for the 3 nights I had booked. I was directed to another smaller pool which was very dirty, I could hardly see the bottom. My plunge pool had algae on the tiles and needed a real good scrub. I would have raised these issues with the management but after scrolling through the reviews I see they must be aware but can't be arsed to do anything about it

From our arrival onwards we were met and assisted by Ms Ta (Ja) the Front Office Manager. she and her team were exceptionnal! Her service and hospitality qualities are 5 Star plus! Coming out of the Hospitality world ourselves, it is rare that we experienced such a service and personal attention! what a joy! We are looking forward to return to the Hotel next year! Kudos to all staff! And, the wonderful nature in and around the Hotel is so relaxing as well. the Spa on th eproperty was 5 star as well! an outstanding spa experience!

The second- and newer - swimming Pool: No wonderful nature and trees around it like around the other pool. No shade to relax .
