Bottom pool was the only one functioning, felt a bit neglected. Not enough chairs

Run down, there is only 1 restaurant ar the lobby, the other is abandoned. The place is eerie. We checked out after a few hours. There is not much around. The bathrobe and room slippers are dirty, worn out/ torn.

Lot of parts of the hotel are OFF due to some reasons- looks like veeery long renovation. Main pool was weak, water not in a good condition. Other pool was better but there were broken boards on a surrounding area which were quite dangerous. But the overall worst thing was extremely loud air-conditioning in the room. It was easier to sleep in the jet than in this room (S-Loft Deluxe). Basement rooms without any view, quite dark. Just good to stay overnigt.

The staff were very friendly especially the security guard.

Our first room was like a sex dungeon (a concrete box with chains hanging from the roof) near what smelt like a sewage farm. We walked straight out and got upgraded but had to pay for it. The new room was big but smelt moldy, the robes and slippers were old and dirty. The location has nothing close by with only offering a shuttle bus twice a day 10am or 6pm (the driver was not friendly) No bar by the pool, the pool area had cracked tiles everywhere and was very run down, I spent an hour cleaning leaves and sticks from the pool. Although we had a big outdoor area to sit and relax, we were threatened with fines if we smoked in this area and had to walk 5 minutes outside of the hotel in the rain with no shelter. The resort (if you can call it that) offered no concierge services, no options for tours and was advised to get a taxi into town to book tours. Breakfast was included but only offered Thai, no continental other than toast and cereal.
