Siripanna Villa Resort & Spa Chiang Mai -SHA Extra Plus

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, a little aged, but I'm sure it's not easy to maintain it in such weather conditions.. The breakfast was always lovely and fresh. There's a laundromat just opposite the hotel. But the best part was the people! You can tell they take great pride in their work. They were helpful with everything we needed! ....and very, very sweet 🥰 Thank you for looking after us 🙏

There is not much going on in the area, but it's a short and cheap drive to the old city centre. We actually liked to be immersed in the residential area.

The staff are very nice, the reception team are very polite and very helpful. The breakfast is ok.

THE Pool was disappointed, i pay extra for nothing. Sooo many mosquitos. We even have mosquitos in our room, The hotel need upgrade big time. My fridge was leaking. Cannot used the main pool.

Location and atmosphere. Pease and quiet

Some animal, I guess a rat ran in the ceiling at night. It wasn't nice to listen to

The pool was nice with the surroundings. The staff were really friendly.

Our air conditioning unit on the balcony would make a really loud continuous noise for 20min at a time and there was a water leak under the sink which the staff came to fix.

The pool and facility has seemed to be not be maintained throughout the past few years. Seemed to be less programs and activities for children than in previous years. The coffee machine worked every other day.
