Superb location right at the heart of Llandudno. A minute at most from the promenade and pier. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff

Location was perfect and close to pier beach shops Mark and Fiona were lovely friendly and couldnt do enough highly recomend will definatley be staying again

The hosts were fantastic. Really welcoming and accommodating — definitely went above and beyond at points. The family room was really large, bright, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, tram, shops/ restaurants, pier, soft play etc.

The breakfast was really lovely but relatively basic. Despite being well cooked, tasty, and served up quickly, a couple of extra choices would have been lovely. The hosts were really accommodating when it came to our dietary needs though, which was a great help.
