"Perfect Stay"

Friendly hosts, spotlessly clean, lovely room, excellent breakfast.

Nothing, only small suggestion would be bath sheets for the more "rotund " of us.

Location Excellent, 5 min walk to pier and tram up to the Orme. Excellent Breakfast and double glazing to keep out any noise.

Everything was perfect, excellent ! Good location, lovely hosts including little Amelia, excellent breakfast, very clean throughout and we would highly recommend this guest house to anyone. We will be visiting Fiona, Mark and Amelia again very soon, thank you for a lovely stay 😊

"Excellent comfortable stay, highly recommended"

“We stayed for three nights and from the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable Mark & Fiona were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent being only a few minutes walk to the seafront/pier. Breakfast was very tasty and always freshly cooked, also cereals fruit and pastries were on offer. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

"Relaxing stay in seaside town"

The location was perfect, right beside the pier, restaurants nearby and town. Very accommodating hosts with friendly welcome. Great breakfast. Room with nice view and very relaxing. Parking is tricky, need to drive around to get a free spot.

"Lovely B&B = Great stay In Llandudno"

Host’s lovely and friendly. Mark helped carry our suitcases up and downstairs. Room spotlessly clean, comfy beds, nice shower room. Lovely cooked breakfast. Close to shops/bars/restaurants/tram ride up the Orme, Pub right next door, serves food too. Situated on a quiet street, what more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend and hopefully when we come to Llandudno again, we will definitely stay here again.

I like the location that's brilliant and the owners are lovely ! Breakfast was great and the place is lovely and clean

The only thing I would say it was a very very hot weekend and there's no fans available! I would have them in for customers as the world is getting warmer , especially of your in the back rooms
